I meant to get up around 5:30 this morning but it was not to be.Due to a small bout of insomnia i was not able to get to bed till midnight so i hit the snooze for twenty minuets and got up at about 5:50am. I was a little sluggish getting going but i hit the shower and did my bathroom stuff got dressed made lunch which consisted of a turkey sandwich,wheat thins,a diet coke and two oreos. I treated myself to coffee and a protein bar at holiday and caught my bus to work. I was on a van with a co worker and she told me a funny story about getting married.I will have to post it on here one of theses days. We picked up our clients and brought them back to work. I did some job coaching with one of my clients and then something happened one of my clients takes a smoke break but he made a rude comment to me and when he does this i just ignore it. This time however my co worker Teresa suggested that i respond to what he said instead of ignore it i did and it did not make him happy. Then all hell broke loose this client is mentally ill and decided to be a jerk to all my other clients so we went to work in another room. How ever this did not suit one client so i had to chase after her after she decided to go back to the room when that was an option. So i dealt with that. The rest of the day went fine took clients home meet with my boss about some attendance issues that i am dealing with i plan to be at the job for a long time. I took the bus home because to me it was blistery cold. when i gout home i had a snack of some wheat thins and a diet coke checked email and various social networking sites that i am apart of. Made pigs in a blanket and had another diet coke . After that i caught up on tv shows from last night just Family Guy which has been pretty funny so far this season. Then i sat down on the couch and watched the movie YOUNG @ Heart which was a great documentary about senior citizens singing rock and roll songs. I highly recommend it. So now i am sitting at my computer listing to Lenard Cohen and planing to sleep soon.
