I haven't posted in a while since i have been feeling pretty shy about writing in this personal journal. I got up around 9am after what could be described as a pretty good nights sleep.Had some junk food for breakfast and putzed around on the Internet and watched a little bit of the Extras Holiday special. Had a brunch of chicken sandwiches and diet coke took a shower got dressed and packed my laundry for mom an dads. Mom picked me up about 1pm and i proceed to there house where i helped with a little bit of cleaning putzed a little more on the computer at there place ate supper and departed home.All in all a good day. I look forward to work tomorrow big week with the talent show and a tornado drill. I swear to myself i am going to journal ounce a day in this thing no matter what.

I got up again at 5:50 it seems this sleeping a little later is working better for me. I took my shower did my bathroom stuff packed my lunch and had Reliv for breakfast. Got on the bus and read a book of reviews by Harlan Ellison which is pretty good i like his style of just saying what comes to his mind. Got to work picked up clients Thankfully the client i had to deal with was not there.Did some rehearsal for the talent show which is turning out really good so far. Had lunch which was a diet coke,Turkey sandwich and wheat thins. Got to stay back from going on the vans which was great because i get a lot done when i am not on a van. Got done at 3:30 actually took a second reliv shake which felt ok. Made some chicken and garlic bread for dinner and then i just crashed. I think it is because i haven't had a lot of processed sugar so that is maybe why i crashed at 8 inseted of 9.

I meant to get up around 5:30 this morning but it was not to be.Due to a small bout of insomnia i was not able to get to bed till midnight so i hit the snooze for twenty minuets and got up at about 5:50am. I was a little sluggish getting going but i hit the shower and did my bathroom stuff got dressed made lunch which consisted of a turkey sandwich,wheat thins,a diet coke and two oreos. I treated myself to coffee and a protein bar at holiday and caught my bus to work. I was on a van with a co worker and she told me a funny story about getting married.I will have to post it on here one of theses days. We picked up our clients and brought them back to work. I did some job coaching with one of my clients and then something happened one of my clients takes a smoke break but he made a rude comment to me and when he does this i just ignore it. This time however my co worker Teresa suggested that i respond to what he said instead of ignore it i did and it did not make him happy. Then all hell broke loose this client is mentally ill and decided to be a jerk to all my other clients so we went to work in another room. How ever this did not suit one client so i had to chase after her after she decided to go back to the room when that was an option. So i dealt with that. The rest of the day went fine took clients home meet with my boss about some attendance issues that i am dealing with i plan to be at the job for a long time. I took the bus home because to me it was blistery cold. when i gout home i had a snack of some wheat thins and a diet coke checked email and various social networking sites that i am apart of. Made pigs in a blanket and had another diet coke . After that i caught up on tv shows from last night just Family Guy which has been pretty funny so far this season. Then i sat down on the couch and watched the movie YOUNG @ Heart which was a great documentary about senior citizens singing rock and roll songs. I highly recommend it. So now i am sitting at my computer listing to Lenard Cohen and planing to sleep soon.

I got up at 9:30am i was wide awake when i woke up. I took my reliv and my meds. I was still hungry so i at some cupcakes and cheese crackers with milk to drink.I went back to bed feeling depressed but got out of bed right away. Took a shower and got dressed. I poped in Everyone says i love you and picked up random pieces of trash and vacuumed the floor. Dad came and picked me up about 12pm we chated about what has been going on with me.I decided that i would make healthy choices when i went to super target today. First we stopped at the library and i got some books and dvds to last me for a while. I owed them some money from previous fines and there was some other bullshit that i had to deal with and it annoyed me that the women didn't believe me. Took a few deep breaths and walked away from the situation. Went to super target picked up some yummy groceries. I came home and took a nap got up made a cheese pizza for dinner and wrote in my journal. For the rest of the evening finish laundry watch live and let die and go to bed.

1.Ride Exercise bike for 1 hour
2.Jourrnal
3.Call walk in councling center
